Able to handle all aspects of project management processes (EPC Contract) in (but not limited to) construction, towers, renovation, stadium, infrastructure, real estate, hospitality, hospital tender preparation and mixed use projects
Managing project feasibility studies and risk analyses
Provide Design & engineering services
Preparing tendering packages and procurement processes
Managing and coordinating multidisciplinary construction interface (MEP, architectural, fit out, etc.)
Control and advise on the international construction norms
Design review & design development
Defining implementation and project control processes
Supervising and validating general and technical project requirements

28 and d'experience internationale en maîtrise d'ouvrage, exécution de projets iconiques (Grandes tours, stade, hôtels, grand programme immobilier, FF&E)
Montage technique des projets dès la conception du permis de construire.
Optimisation du profit, risque et l’économie dans les opérations de construction et envisagé les différents programmes et scenario.
Préparation et gestion des appels d’offres (DCE) et désignation des entreprises.
Ordonnancement, Pilotage Coordination.
Suivi des travaux jusqu’au parfait achèvement.
Contrôle Des différentes interventions dans les phasages, afin de garantir les délais d’exécution, le cout, et la parfaite organisation des opérations.
